Who is Cybèle?

Born in San Francisco, Cybèle was exposed to a multitude of cultures and cuisines enriching her culinary education from a very young age.

A globe-trotting chef, her talent has landed her positions in luxury villas of Saint Barts, Anguilla and Italy, as well as pastry chef of restaurants in San Franciso and New York, Executive Chef of a restaurant hailed by "The New York Times" and as a private chef for an exclusive international clientele.

Now in Paris, she has a restaurant in the works and recently has been hosting "pop-up" dinners with her French husband bringing people together to share her passion for food, wine and this magnificent city.
